It is necessary to have your sofas and upholstered products cleaned by dry cleaning companies. Otherwise, it is inevitable that the upholstery fabrics will wear, fade, and shrink.

Do not clean your products with carpet cleaning machines. Also, perform the cleaning operation by attaching the sofa cleaning attachment of the vacuum cleaner.

For easy stains, you should press lightly with a soapy (preferably hand soap) slightly damp cloth. If the stains do not come out, please seek assistance from a dry cleaning company.

Before starting the cleaning process, you should remove the dust from the product.

Do not dry wet products directly in sunlight. Do not use devices like irons or hair dryers to dry them.

Dry the product by letting it rest at room temperature.

Before performing the cleaning operation, test the material you will use by applying it to an inconspicuous area of the fabric to see its effect on the fabric and texture.

Do not remove the dust from your painted and coated products with a dry and rough cloth.

Immediately clean liquid stains spilled on your products with a damp cloth without applying pressure.

Do not use alcohol-containing chemicals while cleaning your products.

Dry wet products in the home environment. Do not dry them directly in sunlight.

The wooden parts and materials used in the products you purchase have been dried. However, wood continues to be a living material and will always undergo dimensional changes. Changes that occur in this situation will not be considered a warranty issue as long as they do not hinder usage.

In very humid environments, wooden products may expand and become disassembled. Therefore, the products should be kept at a moisture level of 40% - 60%.

DINING AND BEDROOM

First, pay attention to the warnings on the packaging, such as "Fragile/Handle with care," etc.

Packages should be opened carefully. The assembly diagram included in the product should be examined.

The product should be assembled on a flat and clean surface.

Assembly should be done by following the priority order in the assembly diagrams.

When changing the location of your product, do not drag it as it may damage the floor and the product. Carry it empty and in disassembled condition.

Keep your product at least 1 meter away from heat sources such as radiators, electric heaters, or solid fuel stoves.

Avoid keeping your product in dusty, humid, and directly sunlit environments.

Protect your product from humidity and direct sunlight.

Do not place hot irons, pots, kettles, etc., on it as they may damage the product.

Do not allow children to play with the movable parts and mechanisms of your product.

Do not strike the surfaces of painted and varnished wood with sharp, piercing, cutting, and heavy objects. Use coasters when placing hot materials such as cups and plates.

Scratches may occur on the surfaces of glass or wooden materials during normal use over time. These are normal occurrences.

Before starting the cleaning process, be sure to remove the dust on the product.

Do not clean the products with excessive water.

Clean the product with a slightly damp cloth without applying pressure or use a soft cleaning cloth dampened with special furniture cleaner, white soap, and water.

Do not use alcohol-based cleaners.

Do not use acidic and basic cleaning agents or thinners during the cleaning process.

Immediately wipe and then dry any liquids spilled on the surface of your furniture.

Coated metal surfaces are highly sensitive parts and should not be interfered with sharp objects.
